Subject: urgent, need help!
I am sorry to post this unappropriate message here. My parents came here (Canada)a few months ago to visit me. Now they want to go to US to visit my brother who´s a student and get marry there. I am wondering if they can apply for the visitor visa to the US consulate in Canada and if they can back to Canada again right after visiting my brother (if they go out to US, that may mean they leave Canada and can´t come back again). I am desperately looking for answers but can´t find, please forgive me. your advice is much appreciated. Many thanks.

It is not advisable for your parents to apply for a US visa from Canada. Visa should have been obtained from your parents country of residence.

But you can always try to get the visa keeping in mind that the chances of being rejected are very high. If your parents have visited US sometime in the past then maybe you have a better chance.

The basic question that the visa officer will ask is that when your parents got a visitor visa to Canada to visit one of their son why could´nt they get a US visa to visit their son in US?

About reentry into Canada from USA if your parents have a multiple visa they can enter and leave Canada as long as their visa is valid. A friend of mine told me (I am not 100% sure) that even if you have a single entry visa to Canada a person can leave/enter Canada from USA without any problem.

Dear Sir,

SUBJECT: SAVING TWO HUMAN SOULS FROM DEATH

Please help! I am making a call for help in the name of humanity to save two lives, my parents, from immediate death.
My name is Ban Yasin and I am the daughter of old Iraqi parents. I am a landing Immigrant to Canada. I have a Master degree in Civil Engineering and I am working at a computer company. My husband is a Canadian citizen working as a Research Scientist at the University of Montreal

My old lonely parents in Mosul, Iraq received a "threat to kill" from terrorists. It first started with blackmailing them by taking the only car they had. Then they asked for a large amount of money on the pretext that they have got a daughter in Canada. When my parents said they couldn´t afford the money, the terrorists answer was that their daughter, me, lives in Canada and if they don´t pay they will be killed. They even gave them a deadline to pay or be killed within a week starting september 1st. The irony that there is no police to protect them from those criminals who have gone extreme! My parents had to escape with their lives, leave their house and go to live in a dirty village near Mosul that lacks all services, not least of all electricity. But there is no guarantee they get protection! ,They are devastated and miserable as they get no help from anybody. I am terrified to death because of that.

I heard from friends that they are sick and hopeless. I cannot imagine how they are going to survive this situation and their life is in real danger, suffering from depression and low morals because they have never expected to live like that! The worst part of it is that they are alone in this world, with no sons, no brothers or sisters a life, just one helpless daughter, me. I am the only support to my parents.

According to the Canadian Immigration law, I can sponsor my parents, which I actually started with the submission of all their documents and forms. I understand the processing of their papers like any normal case takes time, but with my urgent case I find my self here in a position , after the threat my parents got, to ask for immediate help from you to help me bring them under any category, by faster sponsor processing , human protection, human asylum or whatever! Save their lives please..please!

This world is proud of having good people who care for it. I love peace and humman peace should care for me, to bring my parents from Iraq. They live in bad conditions and I live in a terrible condition here thinking of the bad consequences if they are left there under terrorist threat. I find my self to travel with my two small kids to iraq because I cant leave my parents like that...I dont know ,but i would like to die with them ,, if that will happen.

Please, help us ,take an immediate action to bring them! you are realy my last hope.

Truly Yours

Ban Yasin
