required document when landing

Subject: required document when landing
  i am a in-canada student applicant. i plan to land in Feb by crossing the US-Canada border. What documents do i need to bring? do i need to show i have enough fund again? can i bring the a letter from my school that says i´m on scolarship instead of bank statement?

please share your landing experience.

Acording to my friends experience, they did not need any fund letter etc.But confirm with other guys here.

In my case, all they asked from me was the COPR and passport. Although, to be on the safer side, I did carry my current bank statement, proof of employment, copies of pay stubs, copy of my PR application, and all other supporting documents.

Just carry what ever you can, just to be on the safer side.
