Watch what you do in this instance. It sounds to me like there is more to this than a simple refusal.
Don´t jump the gun and get married to your boyfriend as a way to stay in Canada. Citizenship and Immigration really looks are marriages in quick fashion as ´MOC´s´(Marrianges of Convenience) and they do not hesitate to deny on that ground.
Feel free to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org for more help.

R u continuing ur study till date? IF u have finished, in any condition u wont get study permit. U better take admission somewhere and again apply for restoration. Do not forget to show funds in ur bank a/c. What MrCanada said seems to be right to me.
