transfer letter. My application has been transferred to the
NY office for faster processing. I was expecting IA but got the letter

my application faster.

Brian,

I saw couple of posts, and understand that NY is processing the transfers quickly than LA (mine is transferred to LA)

Keep us posted and good luck.

Pray you get lucky and get IA.

Hi Crisraj,

I am yet to receive my IELTS Score. I gave the exam on 21st Jan.
I am praying hard for a good IELTS result.

Tell me something, I got 67 points as of now and I got a request for IELTS. How much should I get in IELTS band to be safe? ( I was told 7, is tht true? )
In anycase, don´t know how long I have to wait for IA, it is been an year since I submitted my application.

Rgds,
Mamtha

If you assumed you had full points in language for English when you applied then you must get 7 in each of the 4 sections of IELTS to get the full 16 points awarded for language. Btw, an overall band score of 7 does not mean that you get the full points.
