| Subject: How can my Fiance ADD me in her Application ? |

My Fiance(She)is a Student in Toronto,Canada and applied for Permanent Residence as an Independent Category. The application has been processing since April 2005. She hasn´t got any approval or Medical or Interview letter yet, My Question : Is there any way to Add me in her application right now as a Fiance[note: I am currently living in USA] and has it affect her application process or any other problems ? Can someone please help me getting these answers or any honest suggestions? this is very important please help me out. what should be the best solutions ? waiting for your kind reply

Hi Sam,
The only way you can be added to your fiance´s immigration application is if you get married.

Sam,
You cannot add yourself to her application. You can only make your own application.
Having a quick marriage to solvetheproblem will not work either, as CIC is likely to view the marriage as one of convenience (sorry to be a downer, but they are really cracking down on MoC´s - Marriages of Convenience). Hi MrCanada Thanks a lot, I applied as an independent category long back to Canada(may be 2002 or 2003) but unfortunately I´ve withdrawn my Application ´coz of lengthy processing time. We got affair long time when we used to live in our native country and now deceided to marry very badly. We miss each other a lot but don´t know what to do. Need suggestion please
