I have overall 7.5 IELTS Score.
When it is converted to 14 points, how much will it be?
What IELTS score is considered good?
What band should we acheive so that should not have to reappear in exam?

band score over 7 in all section is good.
you need 7 in atleast three sections to claim 14 points.

The overall score does not matter. Points are given for each section. If your score in a section is:
between 7.0 - 9.0 you will get 4 points
between 5.0 - 6.9 you will get 2 points
between 4.0 - 4.9 you will get 1 point
less than 4.0 you will get 0 point
