hello,
your help is greatly appreciated.
i am looking to see if anyone who is or was a student was able to enter canada to land and re-enter USa with an expired visa but a valid i -20.
Please , if you can share your experience in the matter or refer to any valid official website that has the information.

Believe this is possible - as long as the 1-20 is valid, and if its for 30 days - same with Mexico. At least this was so the last time I checked on it recently.

However, make sure you call the post you are going to enter that they are aware of the rule.
Yes, it is possible, but you don´t want inconvinience. Take a print out of the rule from INS web-site for your record.
