Hi All,
Can you give me some help about rejection matter ? I have filed in skilled worker at New Delhi in October,2000 and given interview in Jan,2006 and after interview they sent rejection letter at the end of January,2006. Interview was not properly given by me...
What Can I do now ? Can I appeal against this desicion?
Pl. Help me...

Sorry to hear that. I think appeal is just waste of time and money. Btw what was the reason of rejection? What you did wrong at the interview? If you are convinced that you could not satisfy officer in the interview just forget about appeal. Correct mistakes and deficiencies in your application and reapply as a fresh applicant.

There is always a solution for stuff like lack of experience, education etc. Share your experience and maybe we can suggest something!

my friend, it will take long time to make an appeal...you have already waited 5 yrs from india...i would sujjest you to be in india only..caiuse you will waste ur 5 yrs more to come to canada and 5 yrs more to establish in canada..so i think waste of time buddy

Hey helpess, use a lawyer. Do not appeal, apply anew. Use a CANADIAN lawyer. It helps. I just got my PR, which is why I am kinda happy with what I did. It does cost a little too much, but looking at my PR card, it was worth it.
