when did you guys have to show availability of sufficient funds?? i recieved my IA and just now asked to show a recent statement. did you guys have something similar?? did you have to show for an extended period of time??

Yes, they may ask at different stages. Depends on case to case basis.
They may ask for it as many number of times they want; no stated rule when they can.
