| Subject: A Strange case |

One of my friend applied for Canadian PR in Mar 2001 to CIC-New Delhi.
He got PPR and Medicals in November 2004. He received 2nd Medical request in Feb 2005 because his wife´s report were not convincing according to CIC. His wife underwent medicals again in Feb 2005 but since then he hasnt recevied any news whatsover from CIC. He sent a number of faxes, emails etc but CIC is not replying at all. ECAS still says "in Progress->We startd processing your application in Mar 2001".
Any body ever faced similar kind of problem?
To me, this is the only one of its kind.
