To land in Quebec, you need a Quebec Selection Certificate because Quebec selects its own immigrants.

Hi,
I had a question in mind ...I had to land in Toronto but now planning for Calgery...what difference would that make on a PR card? and would I be able to get it in the same 3-4 weeks period?
