Hey John,
I applied as SW from CA in Nov 04, got AOR in March 05 and IA in Dec 05. They asked for W2 (2000 to 2005), paystubs, proof of funds, bank stmt and medical. I have paid my RPRF already....No transfer. Did you submit all these?

Hi Sweet,

I did submit W2, paystubs, proof of funds (CD of $10,000), FBI fingerprint....everything listed in the checklist (except RPRF) along with application back in Nov 04.

BTW, the interview is waved and no sign of requiring IELTS.

good to hear that there is another person who submitted FBI report from day one (in reply to: IA Received, AOR March 05)
John,
Good to hear that you had submitted the FBI report from day one and they did not ask for a new one. I had submitted a FBI report along with my submission and from the earlier discussion on the board, I was worried that I would be asked to submit another one!

Ang,
I had the same feeling as yours that I am afraid they will ask me another one by reading all the posts. Therefore, I sent another fingerprint card to FBI a week ago, but it seems like I do not need it.

My suggestion for those coming AORs´ is that "spending $18 and buy yourself 6 to 8 weeks of time". Good deal, isn´t it?

would you happen to know why NY asked some applicants to resend their FBI report but not others?

Similarly, why would they ask some of the applicants to send financial documents, W-2´s, etc?

Any comments would be appreciated.
thanks

I am not sure, it seems that it all depends on the officer, they do not follow any kind procedure...

I strongly agree with Sweet after I received IA....it depends on who review your paper.

Yes, it depends a lot on the reviewer. I did submit my FBI with the application but they are asking it again. We have 90 days to submit all the additional documents.

Brian

I am sure if one is not able to get the FBI in 90 days they will for sure grant an extension once we we send CIC a fax notifying the same
