Subject: processing time vs marks
  hi all
based on the self assesment,i get now 75 marks.if i have a job then i will get 90 marks.basically iam a IT professional. it is known that i will not get IT job now that can be started next year.
my question is does my processing time of my application depend on my marks?(if i have more marks do i get my visa done more faster)

time vs. marks (in reply to: processing time vs marks)
if you are applying as a skilled worker, I believe you go into the same que as all other skilled worker applicants for your region. your points level would probably mean that they would waive the interview, so you would save some time there. You are fluent in english and french?

Other option... there is a fast track program for IT workers if they have a job waiting for them, but the job must start immdiately. Under this program there is an opportunity to apply for PR from within Canada after a certain amount of time.
