Droped couple of emails to CIC stating that my medical will expire next week on 18th, no reply. Dont know what is going on???????

i too sent emails. i got the same reply as we used to get before "early 2006". "Please be advised that your application is in process, we donot know the exact date..."

I was in US for last 6 years. H1b is expired in APR 2005, back to my home country

I will back to US after 1 year gap. which will be over comming APR 31.

No I have not transfered my application to home country. It is still at Buffalo. Interview is waved.

i am on h1 till 2007. i am hoping to get PPR atleast in feb. dont know whats happening in their side

No update on my end either. I did not email Buffalo yet as I am gettin the feeling this is not going to give any result for now. I am going to wait for a few more days and send them an email in case nothings happens then.
