Hello, i completed spousal interview at New dehli.. officer kept my husband´s passport and informed that it takes one month for there procedure and when asked for our interview was success or not .. mentioed it has to be decided.. and its 3 weeks now we completed interview.. waiting for passport..does this mean its a successful interview.. any one similar situations pls let me know.

Yes Medicals. and Clearance all have been submited.. any one knows how long it takes CHC DELHI TOSEND OUR PASSPORT BACK?

CHC Delhi is doing something strange lately, I have seen various forum posts on it.
1) They take passports after interview
2) PPR along with medical request.
..... then they keep the passports with them for close to 6 months or more!!!!!
But for those who are based outside the CHC New Delhi region, like those based in the US or UK or anywhere else and who have applied in New Delhi. They only ask for passports nearly 6 months after medicals.
I guess they know that for those outside the region the passport is a very important document. But they take the people in the CHC New Delhi jurisdiction for granted.

BTW...spousal visas could be a whole differnt ball game. What Iam referring to is for the SW class.
