What is the best way to start job hunting while waiting for PR and also trying to get HRDC offer letter. The popular job search website for Canada I believe only recruits for those who already have legal status in Canada. How about for non immigrants to start job hunting?

Do you think anyone cares if you can´t even provide a local phone contact number. I don´t think they are so desperate for workers and the places that are (McDonald´s, KFC etc) will be the same when you arrive, (no matter when) they are always recruiting... So don´t worry about a "surviving job"
