If you qualify (in reply to: Provincial Nomination, Is it woth trying) Once a PR you can live anywhere in Canada.
Provinicial Nominee (PN) sometimes allows you to get a workpermit before geting your PR. (Manitoba fo example). However, not many immigrants stay in Manitoba - so one major thing Manitoba will be looking at is ties to the province.
Sometimes it is more difficult to get in as PN. Quebec selection certificate is a whole different story - but then you may want to speak french.
Bottom line, some people would not qualify under the federal program but they do qualify under PN.
whatever works for you.

(in reply to: Provincial Nomination, Is it woth trying) if you have an arranged employment approved by HRDC and/or you have a close relative in the Province where you wish to apply for PNP then you have a better chance of being approved. PNP has a different (lower) point system. If it´s worth it or not well if you really really want to go to Canada then PNP might be the shorter road.

(in reply to: Provincial Nomination, Is it woth trying) PNP is a job driven program for which you need a pre approved job offer from a firm for qualifying to apply. If you may have such one... Lucky... and go on..
