i went to canada 3 weeks ago as a us resident and got a stay for six months i was born in london england and my parents are venezuelan, my us resident card was issued with my venezuelan passport i am now in the process of citizenship ( awaiting my interview date for citizenship )

i want to go back in 2 months cause i am planing on living there as to i am in love with a canadian citizen ( considering marriage but not as an option ).
i have to return to the us for my citizenship interview and then return as a us citizen
i would like to work there when i leave in 2 months or do i have to wait
when i return as a us citizen and apply for necessary permits
i would want to live there permanetly
what should be the first step i should take i really dont know in what order i should start as to the laws in canada are much more different than the US ones
i would not want to make any mistakes and make my stay in canada a good one
i am so cinfused

If you want Canadian citizenship you must first apply for a permanent residence visa from outside Canada. You cannot work in Canada until you recieve the visa. You can apply from any country you are citizen or permanent resident. Check the Canadian immigration website for information.

Look, go to www.cic.gc.ca and start reading up on how to apply for PR!

Yes. DUI will greatly affect you applying for a visa. You may not even be eligible. By the way, ever heard of punctuation? if you´re trying to get an answer here, try to write legibly.

J - go to www.cic.gc.ca If you plan to apply as a skilled worker, click that option and it will take you through what you need to do. Take the points test and see if you get over 67. If you do, fill in the forms and get ALL the paperwork you need to support your application, then send it off to the visa post that applies to you (it´s in the notes as to which that is).

You can apply by yourself unless you have difficult circumstances e.g. kids, divorced, medical problems. But if you want someone to check it, you can hire a lawyer (expensive, I recommend doing it yourself).
