| Subject: Property that only Canadian citizen can own |
I read that "certain property in Canada can only be owned by a Canadian citizen". 1) In which situations will this be the case? 2) Will it make any difference if I?m an American citizen?

Cant answer your first question ..............
2) If there are certain property in Canada that can only be owned by a Canadian citizen then it will not make any difference if you are an American as you would have to be Canadian to buy such a property.
