First of all, thanks for everybody here who posted his/her story.

12/01/2006 Receied an email repy in one sentence,
"A letter requesting passports has been sent".
13/01/2006 Received the letter, issued on 07/01/2006
(I thought my enquiry email reminded them of my
case, but that wasn´t the case.)
19/01/2006 Sent our passports (Arrived at Buffalo on 23/01/2006
(As guided, prepaid Xpresspost National included)
13/02/2006 Passport returned in 15 business days.
(They sent this on 10/02/2006)
As of this morning, no tracking info appeared.
Suddenly, the enveloped arrived, tracking info updated,
and my info on CIC web updated.
--------------------------------------
It was a long way to me. Even though I finised phD program in the States, I sent an IELTS score, which, judged from my pure spectulation, would speed up the process of my case.....however, only until medcal check. In the States, I stayed two different states in four different terms, which, I guess, made my case being a extra screening. Otherwise, I have no idea why my case was delayed, compared to the pace in the begining.

This is all I have.
Good luck to you all.
