| Subject: file transfered, then interview waived |

got a letter from buffalo saying my file was transfered to NYC, then got another letter from NYC saying my interview is waived. asking for medical exam and new bank statement. Does that mean my application has already been approved?
btw, my timeline:
2005.2 submit,
2005.3 file number
2006.2 both letters

till now u r 100% safe cross ur fingers, do ur medicals..chill ur almost done..

I think I submitted in mid feb, 2005.
I was asked to take IELTS around july 2005 though.

i applied at Buffalo and my file got transfered to new york.
i have the simillar timeline except i applied in Jan 2005 and they asked for medicals and RPRF in Feb 2006.

hi,
as it is not mentioned in the letter, therfore it doesn´t matter if you eat or if you not.
