I am a Pakistani, living here in Japan since 2001 and likely to be here till march 2007. Can anyone guide me that from where I should apply for Canadian immigration either from Tokyo or Islamabad. I want to save processing time. For Japan we have to apply from Manila. Can I apply from Hong Kong. Thank you

Dear Imran
you should apply nearest embassy where you live .Now it´s compulsary to apply where you live .
I Did apply in 2001 from hongkong.
