please sugesst me ,
i was in america earlier for 2 years and now iam in belgium and apllying for canada immigration in paris.for the pcc of america. Is it ok if i apply for american embassy in belgium or should i apply for fbi clearence certificate in america
please give full details on how can i get my pcc of america

I am guessing you will have to apply for actual FBI clearance in the USA. It´s pretty easy to do but takes quite a while. I am living in Canada right now and requested my FBI clearance, I´ve been waiting 8weeks now and am getting ancy to have things move faster. But you´re basically wasting your time if you think the embassy will do it for you, I tried in Toronto and they said No, you have to do it through the FBI.
