Here is a new riddle, MY CIAPS report say this,

FILE BF´D to: DC On 15-12-2006

I have googled for sample CAIPS report and note that if in place of "DC" it says "CPT" it means that the next step is to schedule and interview date by 15-12-2006.

Other sample shows "PF1" in place of "DC".

Can someone tell what "DC" means?
