Can anyone tell me how long processing would take if I apply with arranged employment. My score will be 69. I´m from the U.S. Thanks!

That´s not true,"Joy". If you have arranged employment it should take about 6 months, 1 year at the most.

Not true. It should, but that is not the case lately. I´ve read about individuals that have been waiting almost 2 years now even with arranged employment.

i agree with Joy probably it will take close to two years, even if u have arranged employment u still have to go through the all the steps in any SW application.

arranged employment would give u more points thats all

Where did you hear about that Amit? Do you know of anyone that got it in 1 year? I would like to know for sure because my job is valid under the new regulations provided for arranged employment, and it is HRDSC exempt (post-graduate work permit) as seen here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/skilled/qual-5.html

I would like to update my work information with CIC if that is true. Thank you.
