I have cleared everything in the interview in July 2005, after medical and passport request again asking PCC from Dubai. I Have already submitted PCC from Dubai in 2002 Now We are staying in India, even I never visited Dubai after 1998. At the time of interview Visa officer asked for Dubai PCC and we had told about check the file of year 2002. Officer checked and got the orginal Dubai PCC. Now in year 2006 again asked Dubai PCC. Presently we are staying in India. How many time CHC require PCC from Dubai. we don´t understand. Any one in the same situation please write in Details

could be a mistake, but I would respnd to their instructions, its the fastest and the safest way to get your visa.

I live in Dubai too & it is a fairly simple process to get the pcc.It costs around Dhms 100. If you have friends still living in Dubai they can get it done for you.
When did you apply for immigration & to which office? Where were you called for interview? Appreciate if you could share your timeline.

First time I got PCC in year 2002 I left Dubai in 1998 and I have never visited again to Dubai after 1998. Anyone know how to get the PCC again from Dubai. Is it possible to send only Dhs 100 and application form. If any one has Application form. Please forward that. Once I had submitted the orginal PCC to CHC in 2002 and at the time of interview visa officer asked the PCC from Dubai. After checking the file Visa officer got the orginal Dubai PCC in the file. Interview was in July 2005. Now they again asking for that. Please advice any solution for that

Hey,
I was wondering about the PCC from Dubai. I had lived there for about 2 years - but then moved to US.
I applied from US - Buffalo CIC.
However, I never submitted the PCC from Dubai and Buffalo never asked me to submit one.
However, my file is in BG Check for over 1 year. Is it possible they are trying to get one on their own? And there is delay?
How do you get one from Dubai? Please give instructions. Maybe I can obtain one on my own and submit to CIC.
