Hi, friends,
I submitted my immigration file to Buffalo in Aug 2005, received my AOR and IELTS require letter in the same month(Aug). In the first letter, I was told that the process time of my case will be around 36 weeks to get IA. I wonder if it meant that they will release my IA exactly following this schedule.
One more question is: will everyone who are applying for immigration in Buffalo be transferred to other office? Is there any criteria to choose the files needed to be transferred?

u haven´t got ur IA yet !!!
u should received it long time ago
i have applied in Oct 2004 and got the same letter, my IA was in Oct 2005
this is my timeline

AAA please read the message carefully before answering. JF´s AOR is August 2005, NOT 2004! This is the reason why most of us delay the immigration process unduly. We do not read patiently!
