My Canadian work permit is expiring on June 10, 06, I have applied at Buffalo on Nov 05, received AOR Dec 05, Can I live in Canada after june or I have to go back to my country,
Also if i leave Canada, will my file be transferred to new delhi or it will remain at Buffalo for process
My worry is i don´t have US visa, if there is an interview at US

Do not under any circumstances live in Canada as an illegal alien. You will NEVER be approved for PR if you become illegal. Think about it this way, since you applied in October 2005, you will get your PR in about in Oct 2007. So, think about getting admission into a college or university program and apply for a study permit. If you can?t do that, go back to Sri Lanka, wait for another year and come back to Canada legally as a PR.

Btw, theses days it takes 2 years to get your PR if you applied to Buffalo.
