Hi there,
I applied for permanent residence in Novemeber 2003 and I got my request for medical and landing fees all together in June 2004. I went ahead and got my medical done and was sent in july. My additional documents (W-2, Pay stubs, Financial statement, FBI document, PCC , Landing fees) were recv´d by them in first week of september 2004. My case is being processed in Buffalo, NY.
Can someone please advise me that how long will it take to get my Permanent Residence?
