Hi Pillai,
I got the photos couple of days back for my PPR letter.
I called the photographer and he says he always puts the seal of his shop behind the photos otherwise it is not valid. Is it a problem that he put the stamp of his shop behind the photo? Although there is no tear, or stamp in the photo. Can you explain.

(in reply to: Attn:Pillai) Hi Mountains,
Its a judgement call - here are the exact words on the ppr letter - "Photographs must not have staple holes, stamps, creases or tears in them" and on the first page - "Three recent photographs of yourself and each accompanying family member". So don´t worry about the photos too much. Hope the visa stamping process goes well and no mistakes appear on the visa. There is a case reported on immigration.ca, where the visa had the wrong birth date. That would be scary!
