I am a canadian citizen living outside about to sponsor wife. Is it true that the financial requirements are waived? how do i go about it using the application form. what do i write? also we have a daughter who is automatically a citizen of canada thru me. Got her citizenship card last year thru the canadian embassy here in manila. \pls enlighten. thank you

no need for minmal income. you must not, however, be on welfare or have declared bankruptcy in Canada.
Since u live outside of Canada you must show intent to return. and they want more than a fancy letter. they want to see something concrete.

Just wondering if it´s easier and faster to apply for PR within Canada or o my home country, Philippines. I am in a common law relationship and currently living with my boyfriend. Appreciate your help. Thanks.
