Subject: work experience....expert need

hi guys,

My question is that if some body have a arranged employment approved by hrsdc of canada then , if he is not having a 1 yrs of full time experience then also he is eligible to qualify for skilled worker category.

Plz help me guys...

Its total of 67 points, for hrdc approved work permit it gives 5 points add all your points, and you will come to know

my file was already rejected becasue of 1yr work experience,imigration dept. has gaven me only 9 months of experience,nd they rejected but now i have arrange employment, so i am still eligible or not.cause still now i dont have 1 yr of full time experience but i have a arranged employment conformed by hrsdc.

let me know guys...

cause i read somewhere if you have a arranged employment,in some case you dont need a work experience.

You need the minimum of 1 year work experience regardless of HRDSC approval. Work for another 3 months and then send in your application. Since your job is HRDSC approved, you don´t have to show the minimum amount of funds.

I think i read in a lawyers website that If you have a valid offer from HRSDC then you don´t need 1 year work experience...send your documents and ask thek to re-consider...consult with a lawyer..
