I think I got it, I think I got it, I think I got it...!!!!!!!
Guys,yesterday we received a call from our lawyer letting us know that he got a letter from CIC requesting our passport. I knew it was around the corner, because e-cas shows "medical received". BUT, I am wondering why cic didn´t request any pictures along with the passports like I´ve been reading in this forum. Why,why ? I know they have requested 10 pictures in total of each of us during the process so far. Is this the same with you ?. Anyway I´m not going to jump to conclusions, I´ll wait a little bit more to see what happen.

Med + Doc... June 2005
Adit. Med test... Dec 2005
NO EARLY 2006 CLUB
PPR... Yesterday (Feb 2006)

They wont require photo if they find one of the photo fits.
So just relax and get drunk.

If you still want you can send them 3 photos with the passport.

Hi Cabuce, I would suggest talking to your lawyer about it. Did they mail you the letter from the CIC. If it says in the letter, then yes, you need to send it, if not, dont! I applied from the US. When I received my letter, I was asked to have photographs and other info. such as height and eye color. Hope that helps.

I´m not sure when my e-cas changed. It was a long time since I had checked it last time, until a week ago. It was when I realized it shows "medical received". But I think all the people that have "medical received" in their e-cas will get the PPR really, really soon. Because it was at the end of Dec. 2005 that I sent the aditional medical.
And no, the letter send by cic don´t say to send pictures,
just some info. about height, eye color,etc.
