I got my passport request just minutes ago. The notice inside was dated February 3, the envelope itself was mailed February 13 -- the same day my e-cas changed to "medicals received"
I can´t believe it. We´re celebrating tonight!
Since I know people are interested, here is my timeline:
Applied August 2004
AOR Sept. 30 2004
IA April 2005
Medicals April 2005
"early 2006" message October 2005
"medicals received" message February 13, 2006
PPR February 21, 2006

Great news..finally ur long long wait is over..I can also expect something next week..my status was changed on 20 Feb..
U are in US or Canada?

good luck to you. I hope you do get it soon. For me, the waiting was becoming almost too much to bear. I feel as if a great weight has been lifted.

Well the waiting game is not over yet...... the last round is still on which is "waiting for your passport to be stamped" lol :)

that´s why I might go in person. I really don´t want to wait for Buffalo anymore, even for something as routine as the passport stamping.
