i was a student in us but now i am back in pakistan.can anybody tell me where to get fbi record check done in pakistan

you won´t get fbi clearance from pakistan. You will have to collect the required documents and send to FBI office in West Virginia.

Fingerprinting will be done by your local police department or may be some headoffice nearby.
