Transfer to Seattle: Jan 06
ME: Feb 06
In addtion, they asked me for FBI report. Now I am living in Canada, so how can I get it?

Hi Navy,
I have similiar timeline but I haven´t recieved ME yet. Did they ask you for IELTS test? I submited my IELTS on Oct 05.

For FBI report, you need to write to FBI requesting fingerprint cards. Then you need to get fingerprints done, are you close to a border crossing? If you are just go to any police station and get fingerprints (call 1st and ask their procedure). Then send cards to FBI. You should have gotten the FBI address in your packet from Seattle.
