For info,recently collected passports with immigrant visas from CIC London. Applied in Mar 2004, AOR in May 2004. Medicals in Dec 2005. PPR in Jan 2006.
When I collected passports with immigrant visas, there was a slip advising of the requirement to take to Canada a medically certified form of the various vaccinations that a youth under 16 would require in order to be admitted into school.

All Canadian pupils have to have been vaccinated...ask your doctor about it.....if they do not have this proof of vaccination, they can not go to school. It is for health purposes.
