Just a quickie!

If I were to include in my Skilled worker application, a letter of Support from Friend(s) based in Canada offering to help me settle In canada once I arrive, would these at all make a difference to my application?

What type of support ? The only way it can be helpful is if u can send ask your friends to send you a job offer attested by HRDSC which u are bound to get additional points too.

Good luck

Well, The Immigration officer does think about the adaptability of the prospective immigrant. So if you have friends in Canada who can send you a letter which states that they´ll help you in settling down there once you get the immigration and support it with a proof of their residence in Canada, then it surely has a positive feel about it.

Thats my personal point of view. To me it sounds a bit logical too!
