Hi everybody
i´m compiling the documents required to submit for canada immigration under skilled worker...
can anyone please tell me when i can submit my proof of funds,IELTS score and police clearance certificate...
some say they can be submitted when asked by CIC...

I sent Police clearance after 1 month, IETLS after 5/6 month..

Check the instructions. Buffalo requires proof of funds and police clearances with the application. I am not sure about IELTS - read the instuctions! I misses one very small thing on my application and they returned it to me.

If you want to have a good chance of interview waived off, and your application to be accepted, send them everything at the time you apply.
Otherwise it will take longer for them to process your application.
Remember, good applications are complete applications, and they are processed faster, and tend to have a more positive outcome!
