Got full points for IELTS (9, 8, 7, 7). I need one more point. Is it possible to claim one point for ONLY READING in french at BASIC level? I have one continuing education certificate. How likely I will get request for TEF?

It is possible. However, I am a French immersion teacher, have a BA in French, and an American teaching license k-12 for French, and the DELF, all of which I submitted documentation, and I was still asked to take the TEF.

If I were you I would claim more points because without evidence they are going to award you less points than claimed anyway.
