| Subject: PR card not receive for all family member |

I landed in Dec 28th and back to US in couple of days, using my friend address for PR card.
My friend he recived only my PR card but doesn?t receive my wife and two kids PR card. (He has received SIN card from all four member)
Can some help me to prove which number I should contact from while I am out of Canada?
I really appreciate you guys support.

When did you PR card arrive?
My husband PR card arrived a day before his daughter´s. It might just be in the mail, if not call the PR department at:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/call.html#prcard
For information on the Permanent Resident Card (PR Card) 1-800 255-4541 (in Canada only
You may need to ask your friend to call the PR department 3-way for you as the ph# are only reachable in Canada.
