Don´t ask me how. But my lawyer has a full service. Once he got the PPR request letter, he ask me for the passport and sent it himself.
They are back in just 3 days. Pretty quick ! It´s almost like going
in person. I´m really glad with the law firm that I choose, they did
a really good job.

Ok Guys, here is the name of the firm. Hulka Porter LLp Law Firm. It´s located in Windsor. They are at the top 10 list of the best firms in the whole Canada. And Anonymous,
belive me, I have no reason to lie, the passport came back in 3 days. So anyone interested in their service, let me know and I will give all the datails so you can talk direc-
tly with them. Our case was a tough one (some serious medical issues ) and they work it out sucessfully.

Linda is correct.
If the immigration system was so corrupted that you´d need a lawyer to do something as straight forward as sending your passport, or the lawyer could bypass the law and force an applicant with serious medical problem to be accepted, I wouldn´t apply for being a resident of such a country.
Fortunately, the system is clean and you need a lawyer for immigration if and only if you have some extra money to through away.

People, I didn´t want to upset anyone with my update, just wanted to share the good new. I didn´t want to advertise any company either. Somebody ask me about the name of the firm and I gave it.
This one go to AB :
About 2 years ago I posted in this forum my interest in settle in Canada. I explained the medical condition of one of my family member and wanted to know if my application would go through.
A few of you suggested to go ahead, and better yet if I consulted a lawyer. That´s exactly what I did. My lawyer didn´t lie about the medical condition at all, there was no way to do that. He was honest with us since the beggining of the process, of the possibility of been refuse without the possibility of appeal in this case.
He just guide us in how to do the things (like been examined for canadian hospitals and let them be the one to suggest their thinking to CIC) and hope for the best.
I honestly don´t think there is any corruption in the system. They did a lot of medical test (three time) before decide our admissibility. So don´t be so rude AB. And about PP back so quick is because these lawyer sometime know things we don´t. Like you can send an authorization letter and somebody else pick it up for you. That´s all
they do, they have their branch in buffalo too.
AB, always wish the best for the others and things will
