Go to the nearest RCMP office. You have to call them in advance and set up an appointment to get your fingerprints done. They will take your fingerprints on the right forms, and then you take this and mail it to the address in Ottawa (it will be on the envelope they give you). Ottawa will then check your fingerprints and send the report to your immigration office in the US. This process will take 4 to 5 months.
