This is my timeline for those interested:
Country of origin Azerbeijan, applied CIC in Moscow,
Application: April 2004
AOR :June 2004
Security Check from the UK: December 2004
Medicals: May 2005
Depandant added to the application: November 2005
Depandant Medical: December 2005
January 2006 Phone call from the embassy telling me that they can issue my visa, I thanked them and told them I want to leave for Canada later becasue of a project and contract. They politely accepted that and asked me to redo my medicals to extend my visa...
January 2006 Medicals redone..
March 01 submitted passaports for visa
March 02 got the passaports with visas with some landing documents......
(No IELTS no interview required- Education in the UK and Australia)
