Group,
I am going to land in Canada next week and will come back at the same landing day. For proof of fund, can i just ask my bank write a letter to show my current balance and attach a month transaction history? Or i have to take a cash check, bank draft.. with me?

If your money has not been transferred or visited Canada then officals will not be interested in your millions out of the country, REad the documents well, YOU MUST SHOW PROOF THAT YOU HAVE TRANsFERRED the required funds into Canada... Hope this helps you...

what documents? I´ve heard of tons of people who have landed with nothing more than a bank statement ... perhaps this requirement varies depending upon the place of application? I´ve never heard of anyone who applied in Buffalo and landed from the US having to transfer the funds before they landed. Or even bring the actual funds with them.
