| Subject: h4 expired, what could----? |
I just find out that my wife´s h4 and 1-94 expired on the Feb 21, 2006.
We are going to do the landing and have to come back to do the moving. My h1b and 1 94 are still good. Anyone knows what we can do with the situation?

Were u sleeping ? First of all u should be very careful about visa expiration etc.Any way u could apply for your wife´s extension via premium process for that consult a lawyer, i am not sure about premium processs for H4 but when u apply for H1B and u include your dependents it is done as a package and it takes only 10 days.
