  Thanks for that suggestion Joy. It worked! I emailed Buffalo about the additional documents and they told me that it was sent to LA. They replied in about a week.

The funny thing is though that I got the transfer letter in the mail two days before the email reply. But just wanted to say thanks for the suggestion.
