Please let me know how to obtain my Canadian non criminal record from out side of Canada (Japan) in detail. I lived in Canada more than 6 month before, so I need it for immigration.
How can I submit my fingerprings? at where?
How can I get an application form? or anything.

you need to fingerprinted. this you need to figure out in Japan. then send it to the RCMP - check out their website

I have already checked the website. Then I thought I have to use the certain form of RCMP, but isn´t it necessary?
Following is what it is written on the website.
Is it ok I just have my fingerptints take at the police office in Japan and write all information ( as below) on a blank paper or something?
What´s more, as for the fee, application for Canadian citizenship does not need to be required, but I have hard that it would cost me $25 and I have include the receipt from RCMP with my immigration application form.
Please let me know.
