Hi all
i would very much appreciate if some of you can give me some advice regarding the request i received from CIC London two weeks ago asking for proof of funds, i have copmleted and sent my medical and landing fee on Nov 2005 (skilled worker)
i have 17.650 CAD in my bank account at present, and i can obtain letter from my company stating my end of service benefits which is a good amount too, my concern is that the larger portion of my present balance was deposited in Feb 2006 (fully mine) will that be a ground for rejecting my case after all this years
please give your comments as i am very worried honestly

if you can convince them that the money is yours it should not be a problem, simply write a letter explaining how the money is yours and why they were not in your bank account before feb 2006

don´t send account statement, send an account balance letter from a personal banker. that´s what I did.

Hi Ali,
no need for a bank statment showing that the money has been deposited into your accont just before few weeks. as mts suggested, ask your bank for a letter stating that you have 17650 CND in your account.. and goodluck

are you sure that a letter from my bank stating that i maintain account No... since .. (3 years) and my balance as on todate is (the required amount for me and family (4 members) will be Ok?

they accpet such type of documents, my freinds did it. go a head and get it from your bank...
