| Subject: Screwed up on points, Please help !! |
I got screwed up on points now, I am working in Canada on 1 year work permit, but my project is ending in 10 months, though my permit is valid till June 06, So will I get 10 points for completing 1 year employment or not , Please advice !

10 months is not one year. You might be lucky and it might get accepted depending on whether you get a (n in)flexible officer but I don´t think it will be accepted - otherwise, where would you draw the line at it being ´a year´?

most of the time projects dont end on their end date. there is always delays and unexpected work to be done so your 10 month project has a good chance to be a 1 year project anyway.
